Information found on this sight is to be taken lightly, prices, and packages are subjected to change. Please speak with your photographer personally about any photo packets you may be interested in.

Privacy Policy - the basics

The privacy of our clients is very important to us. no photos taken by Blessing's photography will be posted, or uploaded without signed consent from the client themselves. the information of booking, and payment is strictly between the client and photographer. if the client chooses to not sign the waiver for portfolio purposes, the privacy of the client will be kept.

Contract breakdown

There will be three papers your photographer will have you fill out, and sign. one will be the portfolio waiver, that states you are ok with your photographer posting some of the clients photos ok'd with the client for portfolio purposes. the client by no means has to sign this paper. if this paper goes unsigned the privacy of the client will be kept.

the second paper will be the client filling out a piece of paper that will help your photographer know more in detail and personally of what the client wants and is expecting in  the shoot, as well as personal information, number, address, email.

the third paper will be the client and photographer agreement and discloser, where the client acknowledges copywrite laws, and will not sell, or claim these photos as theirs, and if done legal action can be taken as per copywrite laws. this discloser will also include the none refundable deposit agreement for the safety of the photographer and business. and this contract also protects the client by stating the service will be fully presented to client upon payment.
